How delivery and installation works, what's included, and what we need from you to get your build running.

1. Installation Zones
Zerenity services Sydney metro and nearby areas. Send the installation suburb before ordering so the team can confirm feasibility, travel and access requirements.
2. What's Included
- The written proposal identifies the agreed delivery scope.
- Installation, setup and any required site work are itemised for the actual job.
- Handover and operating guidance are provided where included in the proposal.
3. Scheduling
Scheduling begins once the required deposit is received. Timing depends on the selected sauna, current stock or build lead time, site readiness and crew availability. The agreed window is confirmed in writing.
4. Site Requirements
Your location needs a flat, level, and accessible surface, with any necessary electrical or plumbing access available. Please disclose any access limitations beforehand.
Unmet requirements may result in delays, rescheduling fees, or additional callout charges.
5. Payment & Install
Delivery and installation are quoted for the actual site before the work is approved. Flexible payment may be available through Afterpay and Zip for eligible purchases.
