Terms & Conditions

Zerenity designs, supplies, and installs premium saunas for residential, commercial, and custom use across NSW and surrounding areas.

• All products are made to order and subject to availability.
• We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update products without notice.

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure an order, initiate production, and schedule installation.
• The remaining 50% balance is due before or on the day of delivery or installation.
• Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, credit or debit card, or other approved methods.
• Late or unpaid balances may incur interest, late fees, or job cancellation.

• Cancellations within 5 business days of order confirmation may incur a 10% admin fee.
• Cancellations within 7 days of the scheduled install may result in full deposit forfeiture.
• Rescheduling must be requested at least 72 hours in advance. Late changes may incur extra fees.

Clients must provide:

• A clear, level, accessible installation area, with power access if required.
• Notice of any access limitations before installation.

Delays caused by unprepared sites may incur fees or require rescheduling.

Coverage periods:

• Structural components: 24 months.
• Electrical systems: 12 months.
• Exclusions: misuse, neglect, poor maintenance, unauthorised modifications, environmental damage, and wear and tear.

Zerenity's liability is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts. This operates alongside your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
