• Electrical or mechanical failure of covered components.
• Installation faults, if installed by Zerenity or an authorised installer.

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage from misuse, neglect, or unauthorised modifications.
• Natural timber grain, weathering, or tone variations.
• Cosmetic blemishes that don't affect function.
• Faults from third-party or DIY installation.
• Unstable or unapproved site services (for example, power or plumbing).
• Commercial misuse without an approved Zerenity maintenance plan.

We respond within 2 to 4 business days to advise next steps, which may include part replacement, remote assessment, or technician dispatch.

• Liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the affected part.
• No coverage for indirect loss, business downtime, lost opportunity, injury from misuse, or damage to other property.

This policy operates alongside your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
